Near the beach and right in the picturesque village of Zoutelande, this is a great area to explore by bicycle.
The cities Middelburg, Vlissingen en Domburg are 12 km away from the villa.

Villa Cedrus is located in a peaceful area among the dunes, at walking distance from the beach and the village of Zoutelande. Free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi are available.
This small guesthouse offers 3 fully-equipped studios and 1 luxurious guest room. The studios have a homey atmosphere with double beds, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette.
After a good night's rest, the studio offers a nice setting to eat an extensive breakfast. Coffee and tea facilities are available during the day.
The beautiful terrace at the villa is a great place to sip a drink and admire the garden.
You can easily walk down to the beach and stroll along the wonderful Dutch coast or hop on your bike to explore the charming area. Bicycles can be stored safely on Villa Cedrus' property.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
